Instructions to Correctly Activate Vials
Take a new vial, twist anti-clockwise 1 turn to break the seal (DO NOT TAKE THE CAP OFF THE VIAL), and then reverse and twist the cap clockwise 4/5 turns (until the cap does not twist anymore). Then shake the vial vigorously. NOW you can take the cap off the vial by rotating anti-clockwise and drink the activated liquid complex.
In order to check the vial is activated, when you unscrew the cap it should like like this… (see attached photo)
